​I embarked on my journey as a mediator at the young age of 22, driven by a deep understanding of how profoundly conflict can affect people’s lives and relationships. Witnessing the negative impacts of poorly managed conflict during my childhood instilled in me a passion for this field. I’ve seen firsthand how destructive conflict can be, not just for individuals but for families as well.

My calling is to support people and leaders in navigating conflict in ways that foster growth and understanding, rather than harm. As a conflict engagement specialist, I dedicate my days to translating conflict theory into practical tools that empower individuals to approach conflict in a healthier manner. With the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, I work collaboratively to create customized strategies that address the unique conflict cultures within organizations and individuals. My goal is to help people cultivate the capacity for more productive and constructive conflict engagement, sharing the belief that through understanding and connection, we can transform conflict into an opportunity for strength and empowerment.
